Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects valued at $30M+.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
